  1. Damaged Product:

    If you receive a damaged product, we will gladly accept returns and provide a refund or replacement. However, the following conditions must be met: (a) You must notify us within 5 days of receiving the damaged product. (b) The product packaging must be unopened and in its original condition. (c) You must provide photographic evidence of the damaged product. (d) The seal of the product packet must be intact.

  2. Return Process:

    To initiate a return due to a damaged product, please follow these steps: (a) Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving the damaged product. (b) Provide your order details and attach photographs of the damaged product. (c) Our customer support team will assess your request and guide you through the return process if applicable. (d) Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

  3. Refund or Replacement:

    Upon receipt of the returned product and verification of its condition, we will process your refund or replacement as follows: (a) Refund: If you prefer a refund, we will reimburse the purchase amount to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that the refund may take a few business days to reflect in your account. (b) Replacement: If you choose a replacement, we will ship a new product to you at no additional cost.

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    Please note that opened product packets or products with broken seals cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

  5. Shipping Costs:

    If a return is authorized due to a damaged product, we will bear the shipping costs for returning the item. However, if you return a product without prior approval or it does not meet the return criteria, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  6. Limited Return Window:

    To be eligible for a return or refund due to a damaged product, the request must be initiated within 5 days of receiving the product. After this period, we will assume that you have accepted the product and any subsequent requests may not be entertained.
